Sorry for the late reply, can i know which plan u subscribe ? If its still under contract period and already over COP ( 7 days cooling of period ), then u have to pay penalty charges of Rm299 and return the modem back to P1 4G Wimax Store.

Regarding about your FUP or Data Usage that you can view in Self Care account, Once it's become 0MB. That's mean your speed will be slowdown 70% of the original speed. You have to wait till the next billing cycle or u can upgrade to a higher plan, then only u can have extended FUP/Data Usage.

Sorry for the late reply, Can i know did you check the P1 Coverage ( You can check P1 coverage in P1.com.my ) ? Currently i already check for you, there's no coverage for Bayu Puteri Apartment, Petaling Jaya (Near to Tropicana). Strongly not recommended, for high rise building ( More than 8th floor ). Because the signal is on 13 - 15th floor only. You may try, but no confirmation signal and speed =D
