If u're under COP ( 7 days cooling of period ) theres no any extra charges u need to pay. But u got a refund of Rm100.

Fyi, If u terminate in our P1tstop in JB, Penang. Or Paddocks In Petaling jaya. U get cheque issued on the spot.

there's possibility u enter to a wrong wifi password, or firstly u can check in your friend P1 Modem first.

What's the colour ?
Is it your computer/laptop cannot connect to the internet ?

If u subscribe home lite, home plus, home pro, there's already a router for home user and office user too. So, you don't need to buy any router for P1 =D

Sorry for the late reply, can i know which plan u subscribe ? If its still under contract period and already over COP ( 7 days cooling of period ), then u have to pay penalty charges of Rm299 and return the modem back to P1 4G Wimax Store.

Sorry for the late reply, can i know how much you make the payment and when u make the payment ?

Regarding about your FUP or Data Usage that you can view in Self Care account, Once it's become 0MB. That's mean your speed will be slowdown 70% of the original speed. You have to wait till the next billing cycle or u can upgrade to a higher plan, then only u can have extended FUP/Data Usage.

Currently i already check for you, there's no coverage for Bayu Puteri Apartment, Petaling Jaya (Near to Tropicana). Strongly not recommended, for high rise building ( More than 8th floor ). Because the signal is on 13 - 15th floor only. You may try, but no confirmation signal and speed =D
