Guys, I'm having trouble with my P1 WiFi Modem.
I believe the WiFi dongle doesn't work, because all of my laptops (3) are not able to detect the wireless network. Wired connection still works.
How should I proceed with my problem? Been calling the helpdesk but cannot get through.

I am very unsatisfied with P1.
How do I proceed to cut my line?
Btw, I have signed up for a two-year line. Is it possible to cut just after a few months using it?

I'm staying in USJ15. My Wimax connection suddenly disconnected since last week. Changing modem positions/directions don't help. The modem shows yellow and sometimes green light, but the status always Connecting.
Is anyone staying near me having the same problem?
