Upgraded from 512k to 1Mbps, done in 3 days, and get 1.5Mbps speed now. hehe

dont upgrade....hssb will change the cable to fiber optic next year

Hei,still cant,already run wizard.It still show initial speed,do i need to tekan the reset button and go 192.168.1.1 to run wizard again?If i don have the disc can i still click and connect?

Reset your router modem then start the wizard over again.......set modulation type (Advanced --->> ADSL --->>Modulation type) to ADSL2+ Multi-Mode

Still same,i think i need to phone TM to ask whats the problem...

It is not only for old 1Mb users. Even the 2Mb / 4Mb with offer is slightly cheaper than what old users are paying. Then there is difference between Standard and Combo, which used to be approx the same last time, but now especially the 2Mb package has a RM15 difference between them.

Then you have some 512K users upgrading to MMb now and getting maybe 0.8Mbps but there are some getting approx 1.Mbps. This is probably due to the different port type given to the users.

There does not seem to be any proper standard or quality from TM for these packages.

Now i am damn frustrated..........I think need to get a new router duh

For my case if I set to ADSL2+ Multi-Mode, I'll always get 1200kbps only.
If I set to just ADSL Multi-Mode, then I'll be able to reach 2048kbps.
Not sure why.

Already reset a lot,but still the same..lol
