hmm, technician just came to check my line
says cannot support 4mbps, even cannot support 2mbps, because SNR: 12.0db (must be > 15db) Attenuation: 45.5db (must be < 40d) nothing i can do about it, unless telekom upgrades the lines here -__- but funny leh, my line is already capped at 2mbps (1mbps package) and can download at about 180kB/s. is there really nothing i can do? or just wait for hsbb... |

the technician that came was really rude, haii~~ and to think i was trying hard to be nice to him almost wanted to offer him a drink some more. i'm the client but become i have to be so nice to this impolite idiot, all for nothing |

lol when did this become a phone line quality helpdesk.
i can't say for sure man. besides, the technicians use their own modems to test. if you want to upgrade, do it now (since promotion ends 31st dec) and they will send over a technician to test your line. not like you need to pay for that. |
