Hello, how do i know i am in which package now? I am paying RM66 (512kbps) currently.
I wish to upgrade. Can i upgrade it to 1Mbps with Super Deal 6. Means in the first 4 months the same payment with my current RM66 then 5th months onwards it is RM71. |

the terms and condiitions are stated you need to serve 1 year of ur current contract 1st. mine hasn't reach 1 year yet wor. Can still upgrade ar??? |

I've applied last week at the TM Point centers but until now no calls or news.
Called to their hotline. Technical service dept said they're waiting for the technician to call me Product and Services dept ask me to wait till tomorrow and if no one call I have to go back to the TM point cetner. |
