I've applied last week at the TM Point centers but until now no calls or news.
Called to their hotline. Technical service dept said they're waiting for the technician to call me Product and Services dept ask me to wait till tomorrow and if no one call I have to go back to the TM point cetner. |

The technician came down yesterday to check if it's able to support 4mb or not, then after that he left and said the line will be activated within 24 hours, though I'm at the office now I can't really check my router speed. Any other way I can check the status?

Furthermore the technician took back the wifi modem when he came to test yesterday. Shall raise this issue up with TM AFTER the upgrade is done
