But previously when the technician come to upgrade my line from 1 to 2, he said my area got 4Mb...hmmm

just went to tmpoint at my place...weird..there say at sabah the highest speed is 1mb only...2mb and above only available for west m'sia...so for customer that already have 1mb speed cannot upgrade.
wan to ask is there any user here from sabah that upgraded to 2mb line here?

anyone with current 512kb 60hrs @RM44 plan? i saw the option to upgrade deal to 512kb ulimited for RM50, & i applied it with confirmation tht it is under processing.
but when i called 100, they say no such plan since the supr upgrade deal is for up speed frm 384kb plan only. so i ask to downgrade can or not, say cannot as the lock in period applies.
so anyone can help oout?

2 days ago applied 4mb at kota damansara's tmpoint
waited 1hour for only 3 turns.
tm system was having problem. the worker tried to process my upgrade application 6times. he showed me his monitor. lol.
but he said my place still got 40 empty ports so should be good uh?
then just now i called 100, they gave me the technician's number. suppose this friday the technician going to configure.
can only pray and hope.

Just applied for upgrade today, from 512Kbs to 1Mbps.. Now, have to wait 2 working days. Hmm...

is "Streamyx Service Login" the same as the one i input in the router page when i want to connect?
