Previously using 1Mb line...last 2 weeks upgrade to 2mb line..need to pay RR88 for installation and get Wifi modem.

Today, with the new package, went to upgrade from 2mb to 4mb...they say need to pay another RM88...

Didn't take...no regrets...well...maybe next time got better package....

Yeahh...I dun see the point...if from 1Mb to 2Mb they say need installation charges for the Wifi modem...OK fair enough...but now got that Wifi modem also need another RM88 for 2Mb to 4Mb upgrade.

From 512 to 1Mb?

For me 2 years contract is OK...but if wanna retain customers also dun kill them is hidden chargeslah..whatlah TM...uograde from 2 to 4Mb also want additional RM88.

I'm not satisfied!..this time I called up 100....now this guy check with his superior, he said no need the Rm88 charges..unless TMpoint come and fix additional stuff so that can get 4Mb (meaning another modem)

100 ask me to go to TMpoint again WTF!!...every time I go there waste a lot of time waiting and money..the counter also limited...have to wait a long time.

I can imagine....go to TMPOINT and they will say the same thing...need to pay RM88, call 100 and they said no need.

thats not throttling, did you get the technicians phone number?...ask him to call up KL and activate it faster...mine I got full speed after the 3rd day...but thats for 2mb line

What started out as hope for me has turned to anger...now I know why you guys are also pissed off with TMNuts..

I've checked this part with 100 first before going to TMPoint...

He said I oledi 1 year + using 1Mb line, and only 2 weeks using 2Mb line (1 year contract)...so if wanna upgrade means following the first original subscription to Streamyx..not after that (unless you have cancelled before). So for we even though my 2Mb line only 2 week, upgrading to it should be no problem.

SO, when I went to TM point I was prepared, sure enough, the girl say cannot cause only 2 weeks with 2Mb line..I need to complete 1 year using the 2Mb line before I can upgrade to 4Mb line....I said got such thing meh?...she went to the office to ask and then completely change her story...now she should me the packages.

Same with the RM88 installation fee...100 say no need, TMpoint say must...in the end I got fedup and went away.

I've email to TMpoint regarding this and hope they wil reply me black and white so at least I know my position.

Easy to say, they themselves dunno what is what...even the TMpoint website is messy is so many contradict packages..

Anyway, to cut the story short, you are eligible for the promotion. So go and register

upgraded to 4Mb...after activation i can join the 4Mb club..yeah..

Just now I went TMpoint at my place also packed...waited more than 1 hour.

Not many ppl. paying bills but many new application. Application counter limited.

What I dun like abt it is only one Ethernet port...rest is OK...except the looks

After going to TM a few hours twice plus emails to TM customer service, finally registered my 4Mb line.

But its has been 4 days now nobody contact me...I call 100 and they tell me it has not been activated yet and tell me to go TMpoint again...WTF!!...each time I go there I waste 2 hours of my life not include the other cost involve...essh..feels like wanna splash red paint all over TMpoint office and cekik the counter girls and officers there

2Mb is a waste of money..I'm using it now.

For my place its uncapped..so 1Mb I can get 180~200Kb/s.
2Mb can only get the 230~260Kb/s...actually, average is 230KB/s.

If wanna upgrade, its 4Mb or nothing!

duh...this is not a good day for me...

I'm at TMpoint now FOR THE THIRD TIME (!!) to upgrade my 2 to 4Mbline.

First time they said must pay RM88 installation fees...I didn't want.
Wrote an email to TM Customer Service, they reply no need RM88.
Second time go there and this time TMpoint say no need, so I registered the 4Mb line.
Nobody call me up after a few days..
Call 100 and they said got error in processing the request need to go Tmpoint.
Now I'm at TMpoint!!..for the third time...lets see what they gotta say.

If dun wan to give just say so..no need to waste ppl hopes, grief, time and money..my boss also angry with me always going out.

Thanks..i'm in JB, I have the contractor number, I think this is gotta do with the document processing.
My current is 2mb Streamyx combo (RM140). The New Streamyx package display in the web for me is Streamyx 4Mb with Modem (RM130). It should be the 4Mb combo (RM140~150) instead.
The document I sign clearly shows combo 4Mb..

Anyway, lets see what is the real problem..my waiting number is near...later feedback...damn pissed off.
