Try again and again...

when we apply this package upgrade....
do we will get wireless modem?
i just upgrade from 1mb to 4mb today and forgot to ask about modem

if i upgrade my 512kbps to 1mbps

then speed will be auto update?

the billing on 1-4th month $90

5th month $95?

as i heard from tm staff
for 1mb and below upgrade...
account will auto upgrade after the change the port in few working days
yes....
after 5th month..will be RM95

how many few working days?juz upgraded to 1mbps

i not sure for 1mb
for 4mb...he said 7 working days

you better always check your port at your router@modem

Been there, done that countless times... Still same....

Just got my Port to 4mbps at the router page

Download speed is barely 1.5 megs though

I don't know if free, to those upgrade to 1mb will using same modem except for those upgrading 2mb and above speed package... will have new modem.

Upgrade To 2mb or 4mb will get a free wifi modem . when u fill up the form of upgrade at tm , they normaly will give u the wifi modem together . Did they give u ? my case , they give me without me asking for it .

i'm having the same type of problem here ....... called them up ...... answer : the speed should be back to what u paid for after 1st January 2010 3pm .If dont , call back the technician working on ur upgrade . given me the contact no. of the respective person . If called 5 times no reply , call up n file a report .

only upgrade to 2mb n 4mb will get a free wifi modem . other will stick to what they have .

wonder if mine will be solve soon ? upgrade but get 20% extra speed .....

Speedtest shows 1.5M download and 0.5M upload to malaysian servers but youtube still loads very slowly, any idea why guys?

tm net had throttled the youtube buffering speed,

Technician seldom bring the modem except their own modem
need to go to tmpoint when fill up the upgrade form
if they didnt give u then ask wihtout shy shy

im upgrading 512kb to 1mbs via internet on 15 DEC 2009 but still no 1mbps at my home how?

Is there anyone can confirm whether we need to pay the phone line rental for non combo upgrade (standard upgrade package) If so i think it is very expensive because it is just a few ringgit cheaper than the non super saver deals (combo with wifi). What's the point in it if we need to pay such high fees.
