Mike: What's the problem with you Philip? How many years we been living here already and did i ever create problem to you?
Philip: Nope but this time I cannot tolerate your dog for such noise pollution.
Mike: Look around you , Philip . You were the only one making such complaint to me and dare to walk to me about it. The rest just wrote a small notes of complaint and paste in on my windshield , drop on the mailbox etc but none like you came over to find out the real problem.

Philip: So what's the problem , Mike.
Mike : Once in a while , the stupid dog will like her ass stabbed by the water sprinker tip . It was so painful that she makes those weird horny sound  and not even move an inch to release herself from the water hose because of the vibration and piercing stimulation
Philip: than why didn't you help her out ?
Mike: Not that i didn't help her out in the beginning.If she want to get out from the mess she steps into everytime, than she should have the courage enough not to lay her ass there next time but she kept doing it and hoping for me to come out and dress her wound.
Philip: So, must i dealt with this mess of your dog?
Mike : Well , you could try your first hand by removing her ass from that sprinkler if i were you.

aku shift lead kat grp aku, so my main role is decision making.

sebagaimane yg kite tau, line internet Streamyx TM ni mmg dah congest tahap kritikal dah, so dgn IPCORE, insyallah, laluan CORE - CORE - International, dah tak kan congest. tapi mcm mane plak ngan dr Modem - BRAS - CORE??? still menjadi persoalan.
tak paham ek, ok kire camni la..just imagine, IPCORE ni highway 10 lane, tapi jln rumah korg ke highway ni, jln 2 way yg sempit dan bnyk kreta lalu.
so tak gune sgt la kan kalo highway to ade 10 lane tapi jln umah tu still sempit dan jam selalu kan??

tugas kitorg monitor network IPCORE nih, kalo ade faulty ke error ke akan kuar alarm kat monitoring system, kitorg akan buat 1st level troubleshooting, samada nk report ke nk escalate ke team lain ke kitorg akan analys and decide.
