Despite enjoying nice speed, I have bad pings and around 70% speed to websites (oversea) decreased since yesterday. I wonder what happened.

Is that really issue of underwater cable? I can surf, download important files smoothly by using streamyx from my company. Speedtest it always goes up to the full of its package. The company's special IPs are not affected?
At home, my streamyx even worse than 56k dial-up. Our ISPs should be called as Internet Sxcker Providers. Screw them!

I'm getting pings of over >500ms to TMnet's DNS (202.188.0.133). Is it just me, or is this happening to everyone? I'm concerned because I just switched to the new wireless EVDO system, and it is slower than my old setup.
