Its normal from 1am until 11am.

MOSTLY TM workers are brainless, they fail at life. Even they got straight A's for SPM or PhD, they only success on the paper not life-skill, that's why when you call them, they just talk the same thing and doesn't even understand us. Seriously, I see failure in the management.

Playing games to USA having hign ping of 350++ms, even Thailand server is 500++ms, I'm at USJ Selangor, connecting to local Negeri Sembilan server even having ping of 150++ms. Then, my dad call and scold TM for about 30 mitues lol. I told him what to say all that. After that, we report the sluggish of Shizmyx to my neighbour who was in MCMC. We don't know what to do, just wait until 100MBPS rolled out or I'll be gone overseas.

No, my normal ping for USA is 270ms, tonight, playing L4D2 in server in Malaysia also fcking lag. Always DC, even when MSN'ing with friends about gathering, DC. WTF TM. Youtubing also cannot load.

Youtube is OK for me after calling the TM support nicely, they said they tried everything like reset port etc for me. I think you guys should call them, and make them understand you nicely, then only they will hear and try to help you. Its phsycology.

streaming youtube is ok for only low-quality videos. somehow, luckily RS is good. |

sometimes DC but thanks to my belkin router, it reconnects in no time. rather than my old aztech which need to reset it.
youtubing now good 90% even on HQ/HD. Just gaming to USA/EUrope is high ping. :S |

for my DC case, its solved without complaining now. Just youtube problem is back. Gaming ping increases from 200+ to 300+, then now to 400+. FFFFUUU.
