I think I gonna place order for 2 units of ST2410 tonight. BTW, I'm wondering beside the Belkin HDMI cable and +2 years warranty, what else you guys included along with your order? laugh.gif

Apart from the NEC, me am stalking HP's new ZR line, namely ZR22w and Zr24w.
The ZR22w is available now and is around RM950, according to HP.
The ZR24w is sadly not available yet.

For discussions on ZR24w, this is [H]ardForum's link : http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1491561

ZR24w looks like really nice with sweet price spot.  wub.gif

I also didn't order that HDMI cable, for me too pricey for Dell add-ons stuff, Plus 3 years warranty is also good enuf for me smile.gif
2 units! wow, yeah prefer 2 as well since most display nowadays can support that

btw, good news! I've just received mine this morning. Haven't got time check it out, only tonite can check at home. FYI, it was stated in the order status page, ETA = 26th April (that's this coming Monday) but I've received it already today rclxms.gif thumbup.gif

Edit:btw now's a good time to get it, inside stuff from Dell says, the shipment of new batch of ST2410 has arrived last 2 days. Initially they said only arrive by 24th-26th but seems faster already thumbup.gif

My recommendation is not to get the cable from Dell, you can get others elsewhere. If you really want Belkin, buy it outside will get a better price on it.

Can you notice any difference using the supplied vga cable and using the hdmi cable? Haven't tried out the display on a hdmi connection yet.

Wow, so many suggesting not to take the Belkin cable from Dell sweat.gif, thanks for the reminder notworthy.gif

As for the warranty wise... I also not sure. Previously for my Dell E1905FP, I took the extra 2 years warranty for just RM50 smile.gif

@Shoot@M3
I'm not going for dual-display. I already got a 24" IPS running in my room tongue.gif. The ST2410 just to place at my rented room which I stays during weekdays so I can play after work laugh.gif. The other ST2410 belongs to my friend, he just tumpang order smile.gif

I couldn't confirm about VGA vs HDMI, but I can surely tells there's a big different between VGA and DVI. I guess it'll still pour a different, since it's analog vs digital cool2.gif

I've plugged in my monitor last nite paired with my HD4870
Resolution full screen plus i played the Torchlight game a while (full screen as well) i go like wow.. can see so much more! hehe

but one thing though, comparing to my previous Dell E190s i think my ST2410 not so sharp in movie or is it only me? I'm also guessing it may be the movie quality not meant for full HD cos only HDTV

Plus i sat further away now lol, otherwise need to stretch head left to right too much..

Anyway, it is a good buy for me on the ST2410

Just one other comment, I find the stand bit flimsy after i put it, maybe the screw was not really tight(talking about the screw that mounts the leg holder, not the one that u fastened the round stand to the leg). Anyone has this problem too? like can tilt left or right, which is bit sweat.gif cos may break..

Edit : another comment. while putting in my DVI cable, i find it's too near the leg so kinda hard bit to fasten as my fingers are big! not a big deal but bit fuss there, prolly they should have built/design it further away

The stand is very stable, not wobbly when i tried to push it from the side. Mayb you can ask dell for help if you think the stand is too flimsy.

Yeah, standard hdtv shows/movies just aren't enough anymore. Need at least 720p or full hd to fully utilise the monitor.
