I haven't got mine yet and never used an LCD with audio jack before. does it mean when HDMI carries thru the sound, u can plug in speaker/sound bar speakers here so the sound can come out thru it?

I just checked my order online, still in transit. ETA 26th Next Monday, hope can get even faster than that lah 

i dint take the extra warranty and the cable also. i bought my HDMI cable outside for rm35.

I also didn't order that HDMI cable, for me too pricey for Dell add-ons stuff, Plus 3 years warranty is also good enuf for me
2 units! wow, yeah prefer 2 as well since most display nowadays can support that

btw, good news! I've just received mine this morning. Haven't got time check it out, only tonite can check at home. FYI, it was stated in the order status page, ETA = 26th April (that's this coming Monday) but I've received it already today  
Edit:btw now's a good time to get it, inside stuff from Dell says, the shipment of new batch of ST2410 has arrived last 2 days. Initially they said only arrive by 24th-26th but seems faster already

but one thing though, comparing to my previous Dell E190s i think my ST2410 not so sharp in movie or is it only me? I'm also guessing it may be the movie quality not meant for full HD cos only HDTV

Plus i sat further away now lol, otherwise need to stretch head left to right too much..

Anyway, it is a good buy for me on the ST2410

Just one other comment, I find the stand bit flimsy after i put it, maybe the screw was not really tight(talking about the screw that mounts the leg holder, not the one that u fastened the round stand to the leg). Anyone has this problem too? like can tilt left or right, which is bit  cos may break..

how to check dead pixel? got software?

those with Dead Pixels.. hmm since that monitor has 3 years warranty, and ur scared to get refurbished one, why not just around 3 years then call Dell for a change? 1 dead pixel is not that big problem eh..

As for me, I don't have other monitor so i'll just use it till cun cun nearly 3 years, then i report problem wahahaha

Edit:eh wait.. they should do a 1 to 1 exchange, so might as well report back for warranty claim now la i guess.. stupid me

the policy states that only 5 dead pixels can qualify for warranty~ does DELL somehow allow warranty for monitors that are not damaged for the first 3 years?~
I'm new to LCD panels~ the panel is very good, backlight bleeding is at the bezel sides like mentioned in previous posts but not that noticeable coz the whole bezel side bleeds~ picture quality is nowhere near the LED pic as shown in a previous pic~ 1 dead pixel anyway, zzzzz~ tried to call DELL but they need service tag , damn, really hard to know which number is which coz got so many barcode tags anyway~
very good, except for the bleeding on the sides, near the bezels~

but mine is only 13" I don't think it can support FULL HD...
Still thinking which monitor should I get...

Should I regret that I bought my ST2410 2 weeks ago now that Dell offered 23" IPS at RM880?
