I'm still waiting for PC Fair to see if Dell would actually giving out any extra discount to their ST2410, perhaps by then I'll make my definite decision about getting ST2410
Actually, Plasma would be better off than LED LCD for big screenie?

I would actually love to upgrade my R501 MK-II, but the current setting already over-kill for my small room . Unless my plan to refurnish my living room arrived, I'll just stick with the R501 MK-II at the moment.
Neither way, at the moment it is impossible to find a LCD-TV that can actually produce the sharpness for text of a LCD monitor. Unless you use your display only for the big object in display such as gaming, watching video, etc. It's still recommended to get LCD monitor for text displaying purpose like viewing word, pdf, etc.

btw bro, when i called in Dell asking more discount (cos i've been buying lots of stuff from them on behalf my company, still no discount oh, the rep says already best price cos that RM679 is already PC Fair price it seems...

Yeah, ordered the st2410 today and the sales agent told me stock will only arrive 24-26 April. A long wait indeed.

i oso got this ST2410 just 1 week earlier before RM679 price cut..
duh.

got mine for RM750

at first i feel that this LCD is too bright to my taste..
need to play those setting a lot..

its just got few drawback la..

1. its stand too short. need to put on something to align its better  to ur head.

2. there's no VESA mounting at the back..
so in case i want to put it on wall or anything.. its just helpless.

other than that not much problem la..
since i choose the 5y warranty..its should ease my mind a bit.

they told me waiting time is 2-3 weeks but i received it within 3 working days
yes the stand abit short but normally i use 1-2 stack of A4 papers
and to hang at wall, if u got $$ then can ask ppl custom made for u one.

i am not sure about PC FAIR at kl
but i went to PC Fair at PNG, they dint bring monitor to do sales there, they only do sales for laptop/netbook.

maybe KL is bigger so have more sales

I don't recall if Dell providing any on-the-spot-pickup. As always, they'll just collect orders and then deliver to you, isn't that's the way all the while?
