ya..still much more to learn...while pedaling there're some people in group that shouts out the gearing combination to his groupmate though..
as for food drinks and stuff, didn't bother it though i had McD and went into the jungle without any hydration pack or water..luckily there're lots of checkpoint that provides water else i think i need to drink from river d..haha..

Yeah man... McD set can supply you energy for whole day. smile.gif

River water? Wow... say BIG NO. Colour was like Milo... haha. Where do you ride normally? Do you join the LYN Sunday rides?

OMG... you guys recommended a race dually and clipless pedals to someone who hasn't rode since BMX.

It's like giving the keys to a F22 Raptor to someone who has played Space Invaders in their youth tongue.gif

i couldnt join u all in kiara yesterday!
came back late last night...but i still manage to get some ride on my new Anthem.
and i think there's a blessing in disguise!
i cant even ride properly yet! paiseh!
i know mtb is hard...but i din tot i was THAT hard!
bcoz my previous experience was only on a BMX.
totally different feel!
although i had trouble with the gearings...i enjoyed the maiden ride of the anthem!
ill be training to get used to the bike first....
then ill join u ppl...
else ill be the weakest link...which wont be good to all the pros....
and once again...
Thanks for all the help and support all this while albeit it's juz in the forums!

ECC Burung Hantu Night ride

Started with a rollercoaster trail ..follow by a energy recovery trail and then fast flowing fun single track and then some swamp crossing and mostly flat after....

Overall satisfying night ride!!!!
