Dunno about the ones you have...I hated my XCR as its pogo stick like hell.. so this one no need to tok.. but for the R7 and current F100 ... I've never locked them before even for those looooooong road climbs. There's no real need actually.

seems like good value for money. buy the bike, upgrade the parts, old parts transfer to cheap frame use as commute bike. then the carbon frame would look just nice in a sub 10kg bike

Do you meant by the shifter side?
if yes then u can use other method to lock by using the cheap old skool front shifter to replace it.

yeah. black goes well with either white or orange, not both

but it isnt too ugly. i dont really care about frame graphics though, ppl dont see much of the frame when ur speeding past them

any here using rst first? the 1.75kg unit. seems quite tempting for XC fork rm590.

either spinner aeris or rst first or both state their weights without steerer tube, so should add 200-300 (?) grams to the stated weight i guess.

may i ask that... Giant brand bicycle geometry is for asia people or europe? hai.... got 1 uncle say my top tube long a bit for me bit .... ask me to find new frame that suit me.....
