Thank you for the update, Ronn.

I am sure you are aware too that you are now entitled to buy Rights Issues at a Rights Price @ 0.50 each, whereby, if my memory serves me correctly, it's a 4-for-5 arrangement. Please prepare your funds for this, and if you are not keen to take up your Rights, do sell them away later during the Rights Trading period. But I would think since you are so keen, you would definitely take-up the Rights too.

Well, I hoped I am right about First REIT, in the present and in the future.

well Hansel, thanks for the info. do you think it's worth to pick the rights or just sell them off?

ok, contra players for gensp should be flushed out for now, but movement seems weak for now... just hope for the BBs to push it back above $2.10 soon... at the same time as more days past by, hope my source is right about the big news... blush.gif

i wish i knew... but it is said it will be out before the new year.

But anyway the coming yearly report (which should be good) is also a catalyst for me to keep holding on.. blush.gif

Ronn, if you have purchased the units yesterday, means you are READY to take-up the Rights, otherwise, your average price later will fall to around 0.700 per unit - the TERP concept if you are familiar with it. Unless you are saying you would like to make the profit first - a bird in hand literally.

I'll take up the Rights if I have the budget - for me.

i thought generally if you are a fundamental investor who believe in the company's future, it's an easy decision to take up the rights. flex.gif

Guys, stay cool, GenSP is the best growth counter in this country we can bet on for capital appreciation for the longer term, unless you are on loan or on margin whereby you are paying a hefty interest rate regularly, just hold-on to GenSP, it will go up again later.

Sometimes we can trade, at other times, we just can't on a particular counter. Not always will the same bird fly into our hands.

For myself : I am holding-on to Gen SP, yeah, I am aware there is no dividend from this counter, but over the longer time, I hold the confidence that I will make more from the capital appreciation for GenSP.

Basically, the intrinsic resistance for GenSP is still a long way away, at current performance for GenSP and for similar 'gambling counters'. Take this opporunity to buy-up more if your budget allows.

Certainly, Ling, you are right from an analytical position. But sometimes, people are limited by resources, and some people would want to take profit first, while others believed the price will fall further later after Listing Day.

aiya... already said won't have much action for these few weeks already sweat.gif

didnt really log on also... generally market trading rather sideways... gensp also will be hovering around this area for a while (i think could slowly dip towards 1.96 also).... for me, i'm taking a break from trading and just be a "patient investor"

GenSP shot up to $2 plus from the low of $0.80 w/o major correction, now with all the good news announced, and started to lose market share, I wonder there will be more good news or bad news to come?

Compared to Genting Highlands Msia, GenSP has a competitor. But I think no prob lar, the pie is big enough for two players lar,...

Opportunities to load-up are abound now. GenSP has Universal Studios.
