Not really, I don't feel it in my floor
Not sure about mileage claim as I don't drive, but daily allowance in oversea is around RM150-250 for me.
*
Mileage claim only applicable for outstation RM0.60/km, locally cannot claim as I already have RM420 petrol allowance and car allowance of RM300.

Outstation allowances - RM50
Oversea allowances - RM100

Others base on receipt.

Hi all,

Let me ask you guys these questions.

1. Do you think you worth more than what your company is paying you?
2. Why do you think so?

Why i ask these questions is that i would say 90% of you deserved what your company is paying you at the moment. You need to understand that getting the so-called dream job with dream salary is a continuous process of improving yourself.

How many of you out there will prepare a cover letter and CV for every job opportunity? Think about this.

Cheers.

Hi,

What i mean is you need to tailor your CV according to a job opportunity. So you need to create different CV for different job opportunity. If there 5 job opportunities, you need to create 5 CVs that will tailor towards the job description.

Most of us just created 1 CV and will send that one to all jobs. That is wrong. It's employee market so they get choose. We have to tailor ourselves to their need NOT the other way round.

Cheers,
Max
