Let me ask you guys these questions. 1. Do you think you worth more than what your company is paying you? 2. Why do you think so? Why i ask these questions is that i would say 90% of you deserved what your company is paying you at the moment. You need to understand that getting the so-called dream job with dream salary is a continuous process of improving yourself. How many of you out there will prepare a cover letter and CV for every job opportunity? Think about this. Cheers. |
