!!!!!!!!! are u saying the truth ???

4500 for 23 years old !!!!! wat company?? plz .. plz tell me ..

do they accept SAP freshie ?? i mean i've work for 2 years .. but never touch SAP b4 .. can i go in??
*
I graduated when i was 21, then immediately start working.

I've just got an increment. Basic salary is RM4500. Allowance is about RM100.
So, do you guys think this is a good salary consider my current age? Just somehow i still feel money is never enough especially when you work in KL. Petrol is killing, toll fees killing, installment for the car, rental, food, utility bills, parents, and others stuff. You just can't see where the money flows into.

I would generally say SAP is much better paid compared to other IT field, but the money i got now does not come easily. I started with a salary of RM1800 NETT. No allowance no nothing, dont even have EPF!. Just a flat 1.8K. Luck does come into play somehow, especially in SAP where you need to have project experience (implementation/rollout) to increase your market value. In between the 2 years, i was tight with 1.8K but i was doing a couple of implementations, completed about 2-3 lifecycles and involved with 5 rollouts. You must be wondering how can i do so many projects in such a short period of time? But that's how it was, too many projects coming in, too little manpower, company has no plan to hire more ppl...so have to do everything by ourselves. There i was, having less than 4 hours sleep daily, sometimes up to 3 days without sleep, work 7 days a week..even have to work on weekends and public holidays. Later, i quit my job and got a new offer. Based on the project implementation, i've got a better package and a better working life.

So to all newbies in this working world, especially the fresh grads, dont be afraid of getting low salary. Just work hard, work your way up. Suffer now for a better tomorrow. Gain as much experience as you can. That's all you need.

Guys, what is the typical outstation allowance and car mileage claim? I am working in a local engineering company, local outstation RM25 per day, oversea outstation RM50 per day (China, SEA), car mileage 45 cent per km, it seems to be quite low to me. Just want to know others.
*
Not sure about mileage claim as I don't drive, but daily allowance in oversea is around RM150-250 for me.

Actually if you can see it on the toilet bowl. The water seems to be slushing around, dunno whether its the tower or just drainage pressure and stuff.. Or to be less disgusting you can put a glass of water on the floor and check it out. I use to work on the 40th floor.

Graduated in Malaysia. It is very much depends on your potential company. As for audit, this is usually the rate.

But the increment is high about 20%-30% per annum.
