I attended mcse + ccna training using my own money when i were still studying at university,it cost me about 9k,while hp training are paid by my former company and the exam fees are sponsored by HP.

work 12 hour (9 hour + 3 hour OT).. easily 2.4K..

need more money? go work on rest day.. can get at least 4K..

for a diploma holder (2.3 cgpa) .. it is a good pay... whistling.gif

Am I Underpaid?

Every 2 years I jump to learn totally new programming language,
1st job: obsolete programming language
2nd job: oracle db and developer
3rd job: java+oracle (totally no nothing about java)

am i still underpaid?

I'd reckon USD250 per day buys you crap loads of financial security... job security? There's no such thing even if you're a permanent employee in a big MNC company.

Yeah, but we're paid on days worked, so if you go really sick (like one week, e.g food poisoning - happens a lot or if there's public holiday), so that's it, say bye bye to your gaji.

you can ask normaldude in his thread down there in "want to know how much your company is paying for the same position as you?", and hopefully he can help.
