Job Title : Customer Engineer (IT Support)
Job Desciption & Responsibilities: maintain hardware, software, troubleshooting, etc based on coverage area in banking (eg. AMBG, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB, etc)
Company : public listed
Industry : IT
Tenure : Contract cry.gif ( if another 1 year no permanent then i'll be leaving)
Duration in Company (present): 1yr <1mth
Experience before joining : Fresh Graduate
working hour : 830-530 mon-fri, sat half day ( flexible time )
Education Level: Degree
salary : RM1800+RM100 (renew contract for 1 year + RM100 increment sweat.gif )
including mileage, allowance claim around RM2600+- per mth.
Job Satisfaction: Medium
Career advancement prospects: Medium

you guys really earning big K.. i work for 1year my salary only 1.9K + Mileage claim ( around 700-800 ) = RM2.7K only. My salary increment from last year was only a mere RM 100.00.

i work 2 years and i just given RM200 increment for the new contract for 3rd year .

Is it justify?

My basic when i first join was 1800 then 2nd year given 100+ then now proceeding into 3rd year and 200

so it is like i got 2 years experience and my salary is RM2100 only ( this is not including allowances.. if together is around 2.9K

Tenure : Contract basis
Employment Level :
Experience before joining : none
Duration wih the Company : 2yrs and going..
working hour : 5 days week + occasionally weekend when there's project
Education Lvl: Degree, self study for MCSE
Salary : Basic 2.1 + Mileage claim + phone bill = RM2.8-3.1K (after deduction of EPF)

Am i underpaid? Since i already have 2 yrs exp.
