Just placed booking at KLCC maxis yesterday. The staff told me that have to wait 2 to 4 weeks only wor? January I'm leaving kl damnit. ;/ I thought I can get the phone between this period.

2 to 4 weeks?i booked on 29 Nov in Pavillion and was told 30 - 45 days.hope its within 30 or less thn tht bcoz Jan 2 i'm going for NS

The staff looks kind and she said they'll call or sms me once the iphone is ready. I asked her usually have to wait for how many days and she said basicly 3-4weeks? Maybe KLCC maxis centre can get the stock earlier than other centres as it located at KLCC. LOL ;/

lol.. probably lo.. klcc is quiet best la.. bcoz is HQ over there ma.. so can get the stock more faster??

Bro, are you sure? Actually I'm leaving kl soon to jb. Just because I asked the staff that can get the phone in 2-4weeks, I only placed my deposit. = = If 30-45 days which mean I have to come back KL to collect the phone, it would be crazy....

lol....this is my 17 days of waiting period...really hope can get as soon as possible before Christmas...but feel quite dissapointed after read all the review...

I have said earlier....you cannot base your waiting period on all the rantings unless someone who also ordered from the same centre as yours, know specifically what is your waiting list no. after he/she has collected, meaning you will know then when yours is due for collection gauging from his/her no. and waiting period, albeit with a little reservation.

So, don't despair first but an advice is, instead of waiting for their call/sms, follow up diligently. In that manner, you just might get a faster response.

bro, yea.. that's wat they told me when i put my booking on sunday last week. but i am not sure when it will exactly arrive coz we dun even know when they will have stock, or whether if their current order is for us or previous batch. so i can't comment much on that.

but base on what i know, is that he told me 30-45 days. which is one week ago. and urs is 2 - 4 weeks (14-30 days). so i am roughly estimating it to be 30 days from now.

or u can just think that the SA guy BS u coz he wanna meet his sales target for the day.

Hope that u get ur phone in time bro. btw, can't they send it to jb or something and get the procedure done there etc..

i booked from pavillion oso on 29th which is last sunday.the guy told me 30 - 45 waiting period as well.but i din check the waiting list lol.will probably chk bout it during 20th day onwards.chill a bit now 1st

KLCC does have actual stock now. I was there collecting my broadband modem this morning and saw few customers came in to collect their 3GS (Probably those waited since last month). So I don't think will have to wait too long. Anyways, glhf =)

yea, i heard abt someone saying that they have stocks that came in to clear last month's order..

Hi guys, I'm new to this subforum and Iphone, so sorry if I ask any n00b questions.

Actually I wanted to get an Iphone for quite some time already. However my Maxis line is currently registered under my Dad's business plan (so that I can call back to my family for free). When I enquired at the local Maxis booth in Sabah, I was given the choice of having my Dad switch out of the entire corporate plan into a iValue plan, or I may register another iValue line just for the Iphone (which is redundunt since I have more than enough allowance for calls and sms under my Dad's plan). iData plans are out of question since the place I stay in has no 3G connection anyway.

HOwever I read here that corporate users get priority in getting their Iphones, which is confusing to me. How do they purchase it? Under what plan?
