I doubt you can collect at Maxis center when you booked yours at MEP. I believe one of the forummer here had confirmed that they do not allow also.

Pavillion and KLCC is not MEP ... is the maxis center

Damn! My friend whom I booked with on the 31 Oct got a call from Machines this morning that her unit is ready already!
Ordered : 31 Oct
Received: 10 Nov

10 days only!

But damn la they didn't call me even tho we booked together. However a few days after booking I called to change from black to white and the guy on the phone took note of it. So I just called them today.

The lady on the phone says mine not ready coz i changed colour so next batch! she's confused as to how the change happened so I told her. Then said they have black for me. I was like why didn't you update your supplier thereafter instead of just accepting a unit you didnt need? She has no real answer putting me on hold then said well since I changed then the waiting period starts from that date again...im like hello! the reason i called to change is in the natural hope you would update my order to bring in the right phone and not restart a new order - this isn't a new order! she's supposed to call me back.....darn

patience.most of us here have to wait 30 days +

really feel regret after booking from maxis ,and after see in garbage sales that i can actually get it earlier..

I book at MEP tmn connaught also, around 22 days i got it...
stay tune...

if wait for another 5 days then u can get ur phone means stock is ready.that would mean good news to some of us oso

but maxis maybe can oso specially order or direct a set to the branch for u

wont de la.. sure u can get back something either iphone or cash lo.. no need worry..  let them to say lo.. if rely can't get back in cash then after 45 days ask them to give u the phone?

Just placed booking at KLCC maxis yesterday. The staff told me that have to wait 2 to 4 weeks only wor? January I'm leaving kl damnit. ;/ I thought I can get the phone between this period.

Today my 27th days of waiting. Booked at MEP Taipan, USJ.
Called the MEP yesterday, a lady picked up my call and i asked her regarding my iphone status.
then she say not ready. I told her, one of her staff who attended me during the booking said i have to wait minimum 3 weeks, max 4 weeks.
The lady straight say "NO its 30 to 45 days." full stop.
I was like "but he told me.. (haven finish talking yet)"
The lady said "NO.. its 30 days minimum, 45 days max"

............????
from 3-4 weeks now change story, 30-45 days.
What to do? speechless. Just sit and continue waiting.

i thought they're supposed to key into computer and evry info shld be available from thr?

u know the order statement they gave u when u book ur phone?the statement is supposed to be printed out from the comp,so info shld be available inside as well.unless they din even issue u the statement......
eh i booked mine at same date wif u and at same centre as well.but is 16gb black
