so do u think i need to try walk-in to KLCC Maxis and try although its only the 3rd week of waiting?

i booked there, wait time was 2 weeks 4 days, booked with my friend, same collection date, both of us took the prepaid plan.

so far its the fastest place to get an Iphone.

i have tried. no use. went there (KLCC Maxis) last sunday 04/09, their staf (malay guy) just see my receipt date, and straight away said dont have coz im not completely finish the 30days of my waithng.. He not event check with the system.
he ask me to wait for a call or sms. then i said, "what if there is no call & sms?". he said there will be. i said "lot of my friends did not receive any call any event he was on the 45th day".(just make a story here). the guy just keep quiet..

really disappointed. Really x 10 not professional service.

BTW mine is 16g, black, 12/09/09, KLCC.

then i call 123, he said my name is on the list, and have no problem to get it on the 30th day.
He also said there a new batch come in end of this week, and my name is on that batch. (i really hope this is true)

ps:
got 3 supplementary line under me(family plan). Plan to change all to other provider, after finish my iphone contract.. - huhu. dont know this a good idea or not.. just upset with the iphone waiting period.
stop my maxis broadband this Nov (complete 1 year) - it really sucks

well, me and my friend are planning to say bye bye to maxis once the contract is over. It really sucks to the maxxxxxx man..
Don't knw if they have the qualification to do business, nvr learn the manners and technique of business.ZZzzz..

i got my phone in the evening just now. booked on 16september at sunway pyramid maxis centre. 32gb black. the phone version is 3.01 though which i think is better at the moment.. will update u guys tmr.. going to sleep now.

did anyone call you to collect ur phone?

Most of the maxis users are hoping for version 3.01.... 3.1 has a lot of drawback.

If you check on apple.com technical support forum as regards to 3.1, everyone been complaining of battery life and internet tethering problem.

You booked on 16 September and yet you got your phone first. What's even better is the firmware is 3.1
I'm going to screw Maxis Sunway if I do not receive my phone after 45 days. They didn't inform me about the delay, only inform at the last minute when I was there queuing to collect my phone.

I had booked my iPhone 3GS (BLACK 32GB) on 12 SEPT at TTDI maxis centre but til now i still havent got it. Any of u guys booked later than me and got it already?

I booked the iPhone 3GS 16GB Black at Maxis Center Sunway Pyramid on 18 September.. I have 2 wait 45 days.. i have question here before i get my iPhone :

1. Can i play Facebook then play Farmville?
2. Izit true the iPhone Can't Video Call?

Yes Iphone cant perform video call. Unless there are apps can enable it to become one, but as far as my concern, it cant. As for farmville, build in safari sure cant play as it require flash. Not sure if can play with other apps though.

iPhone does not have a front camera so no video calls =)

as i know, video call not necessary must have front cam, as long as you using 3G mobile phone, u can make a video call, but the only thing is your fren wont be able to see your face, lol
