if bass what u looking for.go for hippo boom or hippo shroom.

hippo shroom has lack of enough bass, it does has bass but things like the kick of the bass drum isn't loud enough.

go for hippo boom.... it's already bass... plus free da fiio e3 ( a bass booster )

senn is a good brand sir... i also love sennheiser's sound signature... we mainly recommend what we have heard and usually good for us....

Haha, I guess you can really say Sennheiser suxs, but that's only limited to the entry level of headphone, higher end one is pretty good. So term and condition apply xD

well PX100 was said to be good... but my FC700 pawn it kaw kaw... ^^ so u say ler? ^^ Sennheiser is good since it give 2 years warranty... but it depends on u...

well, for me (newbie), i think AT's build quality is the best. Senns always feel plasticky. <--- don't take SQ into consideration

not to mention AT's design is nice~

Darth, what do you think about Alessandro's MS1 build? I reckon its a bit shaky no?

it actually looks like it can take a lot of abuse as it's built is quite simple (less parts, less chance of anything breaking). the only part that i'm worried is the "u" shape holder for the cups.

sorry no offense... but it doesnt "omph" to me... but yeah AKG's built wise is not bad... although i would prefer akg's portable cans to have big cups as well... those small really small..

during the discovery week at 1utama... akg was all out to promote those portable cans ( K420/K430 ) ^^ but i'm not a basshead so i guess it doesnt appeal to me... ^^

@Darth, the cups on my Alessandro's seems like its movable and it doesnt stay in place. What about yours?

yea, it moves a bit but i don't think it's anything to worry about
