anyway, still the pay is quite good...quite a good benchmark to leverage urself amongst the rest when u go for another job interview....higher basic means higher asking price

Hello peeps,

Am in the property development industry, would like to gauge some info from you guys in general.

We are giving increment and bonuses this year, after no increment and no bonus last year. sad.gif
But our "careful" bosses do not want to give them out without knowing the industry norms now, which means they don't want to overpay people lah. blink.gif

Can some of you help me please? Just tell me roughly will do.

Industry: Developers or construction?
Increment : if any, the percentage. 2%? or 3%? or 4%?
Bonus: 1 month? 2 months? 3 months? None?

Thank you very muchie. Arigato! notworthy.gif

Hey, 3k+ for a 24 year old considered ok dy. Look at 4 posts before yours, 32 years old, 3.7k. Not all engineering/programming jobs can get you that kind of salary (12k p mth).

That's quite a good pay since you've only worked less than 1 year. My friends in engineering only earning about 3k after 1 yr in the company whistling.gif
