Am in the property development industry, would like to gauge some info from you guys in general.

We are giving increment and bonuses this year, after no increment and no bonus last year.
But our "careful" bosses do not want to give them out without knowing the industry norms now, which means they don't want to overpay people lah.

Can some of you help me please? Just tell me roughly will do.

Industry: Developers or construction?
Increment : if any, the percentage. 2%? or 3%? or 4%?
Bonus: 1 month? 2 months? 3 months? None?
