Hi Thomas,

Consultancy is good bro. Some of the advantage being a consultant:-
1. You will gain many experiences in varius fileds of industries.
2. Networking all over the country..
3. You are train to be a trainer (ISO awareness, internal audit)
4. Be a ISO certification auditor.
5. You also can do consultancy on your own (side projects)

A lot of consultant is also a part-time auditor. If you are good, you can open your own consultancy firm.

PM me, maybe you can refer some clients to me in the future.

for fresh graduate ... please 'learn' first, then only talk bout salary ...

my starting paid in 2004 is only RM1.4k ... and starbuck that time already RM10++ ...

i got friends, starting paid is RM2.5k yet they still no satisfy .... thats why there is no 'underpaid' in this world !!! human wont satisfy

and bear in mind in working world, higher paid = higher commitment = more tasks = higher expectation

no company will hire some one to shake leg only ... oh sorry, got ... our beloved government related company

Job title : Teller
Job description: Customer Service (enquiries, transactions)
Age: 28
Company: International
Industry: Banking & Finance
Years in company : 6 years
Location : Brunei
Tenure : Permanent
Employment level: Senior
Experience before joining : fresh grad
Pay upon joining : B$1000 ( was temp for 1yr tat time sal was just $450 - $600)
Current Pay : B$1600 (incl. allowance)
Qualification : Degree

Honestly speaking I feel like I m wasting my degree and am not proud in what I m doing now... sigh... Wanted to look for a new job but not sure what type of job and post I can search and apply for. Is it too late to switch industry since I m 28, I wanted to look for one with a better pay like at least 2k plus. Lets not look at the currency but the amount. A degree holder could have earn more esp one wif work exp, but I m not sure about mine given the nature of my job is just clerical.

Any advice? Any suggestions on what type of job I can apply for? Am thinking of probably admin or something like that. I am not reluctant to learn new stuff tho.

Was wondering since it just ponders my mind by day,
how is the salary for a personal/fitness trainer? Is it sufficient for the cost of living in the city and is it demanding? And is it benificial in a long run?
