well, they worked hard to earn their money
we use our time to get the degree, at the same time they use the time to start earning money...
so of course they have the upper hand...
anyway, this is very subjective
not all entrepreneur r successful...

High qualification but "poor", low qualification but "rich"...Nowadays...good in earning money is more important than qualification.

Like some entrepreneur, they possess low qualification but they able to manage their business effeciently.

Agree?
*
Low qualification but successful. You only heard about the good ones, but there is lots of bad ones. There is a lot of risk and hard work need to be successfull. Either u success or u suffer.

Getting education is an insurance. Even u dont do well in business, u can still manage to get a decent job.

get some work experience before start demanding. Few company gonna pay 'fresh meat' extra no matter what your result is.

Agree, cgpa mean nothing for certain company. It's depends what type of company you're entering.

CGPA is important for further study with scholarship~ smile.gif

it depends on how u sell urself
if u r good at selling urself, 3.5k is not a problem
but talking big means must perform to the standard...
it is all down to u...

It's human nature to be greedy. (or to always improve)
When u earn more. You spend more, your quality of life improves.
When u get 10K, you want 15K. When you get 15K, you want 20K.

Of course you can, if and only if you can justify your demands to the employer. (stating that your friend has 3k+ at so and so, doesn't count)
My CGPA when I graduated was only 2.4 and I demanded 2.6k... Ended up with more than I requested... Do note, that I have other IT certifications on hand.

But as a safety net, always add the word (Negotiable) next to it. You never know as there might be a job with a high potential of career advancement and travelling opportunities even though the pay is peanuts.
