a degree does not guarantee u good pay...
it's just a ticket to get u into the interview

well, they worked hard to earn their money
we use our time to get the degree, at the same time they use the time to start earning money...
so of course they have the upper hand...
anyway, this is very subjective
not all entrepreneur r successful...

it depends on how u sell urself
if u r good at selling urself, 3.5k is not a problem
but talking big means must perform to the standard...
it is all down to u...

u r signing the contract but u do not know the salary offered n benifits given??
u should ask that before signing it u see....
cos all those should be taken into consideration

well, the increment isn't 0.41k..
a few months into work, got salary adjustment so increased to 2.5k
this year increment just a mere RM 110...
anyway, better than nothing

my first paycheck is only 2.2k....as an engineer in KL. With one of the Biggest construction company in Malaysia. Well, i still survive, it depends on ur lifestyle.
