Hi all sifus, can recommend a budget sub-woofer for me?
Price is around 1k, my bedroom is around 4 x 5m and my AVR is Yamaha RX-V565..

Just bought rx-v465 complete with speaker and subwoofer a week ago. I am now enjoying watching movie and music.. no time for teh tarik anymore haha.. wonderful..!

The best thing I only using one remote control (i.e. the rx-v465 remote control) to control my tv (samsung) and dvd player, but not my media player.. A.C.Ryan. Did anyone here know the remote control code for this A.C.Ryan- Playon!HD.. need your help please..

I think its worth , never knew its only within 2.5k. Will check on other AV shop if lesser than wat been offered by Harvey

465 should be around 1600, the remaining 900 is enough to buy NSP270 http://www.yamaha.co.jp/english/product/av.../ht/nsp270.html

the last I checked, the speaker set is about 800 +/-

The set that has 465 + Yamaha 5 speaker system (no .1 cos the sub is sold separatedly) here is above RM3k. Yammy Sub cost RM1.Xk

Yes, the Yammy speakers are not the high end one (NS-P380). Even the sub is so so only but okay for beginner like me blush.gif

So, Yammy RX-V465 + NS-P380 = RM2499 should be good deal for starters eh?

sory late reply.. yupp, all complete set. Yahama 5.1 speakers and woofer using sw315 model.
