As long as you retrofit hid into your headlamp , it's illegal.

oh? never knew that, but foglamp could always be turn off when necessary
btw guys, do you guys experience vibration when your car is in stationary and on N gear?
My car would vibrate quite obvious till the extend that my steering would vibrate and produces noise

HID is not very efficient as a fog lamp as the position is low thus, cannot project the light very far without blinding other driver. For 'cool' factor, yes.

to all Waja Campro & CPS owners, did you ever realize that the tail light, only the yellow circle portion is light up, while the green circle portion is NEVER light up?

i only noticed it when i was driving home at night and i saw another CPS in front moving, only the yellow circle portion is lighted up. so i thought probably the green circle portion will also light up once the brake pedal is depressed.

MANA TAU THE GREEN CIRCLE PORTION IS ONLY FOR DECO! mad.gif

i) only one small slit is lighted up, not bright enough la

ii) not so nice looking also.

any ideas on how to make the green circle portion to be lighted up as well? icon_question.gif

i've got a friend who has SUPER blinding lights installed on his jazz. its blue-ish in colour and it looks pretty cool.
whats even cooler is that he can change his lights all to the standard yellowish lights by putting on his high beam to prevent jpj from stopping him. lol.
never knew that could be done.

Actually, its look quite nice at night but I agree that it is not bright enough, especially when its raining. So, wanna bulk buy the M3 styled tail lamp? brows.gif

That's the reason why I installed mine into the headlamp instead. But ever since I installed the hid , it just makes me worry everytime I drive at night.

As usual ; air filter , exhaust system , brake system(more important) , lighten crank pulley & cam pulley , cam shaft , pnp , forged piston , turbo. laugh.gif

That's usually what we called as Hi-Lo HID set. Too bad there's none for H1 and H3 socket though.

How it works ?
When you switch on your small lamp , it'll be hid and when you switch to long beam(not high beam) , it'll be halogen instead.

As long as they produce the socket for that headlamp.

But please be considerate to install Glare shield as Crystal/reflector type is very glaring and might caused temporary blindness to the oncoming vehicles.

My car already use xenon, no need to convert laugh.gif

BTW, for car that is using crystal type headlamp, what can I do to increase its brightness? for cases where the light is like "pelita ayam" sweat.gif i'm not talking about installing hid, just normal halogen light.

Check out those third party bulb from Osram or Philips. Osram well known for Night Breaker while Philips well known for their Xtreme Power. Without any further introduction , you definitely know which one is more expensive and better right ?

1) Use 100W bulb, but may causing problem such as melting socket due to its hot temperature.
2) use relay to powered the bulb directly from the batteries.
3) use better bulb.

Mine also install hid on my fog lamp.. So at night when i turn on the light, the hid will flash and everybody will turn their heads to see from which car the flashing came from, and it's from Proton WAJA.. icon_idea.gif

Just for 'cool' purpose.. rclxms.gif for the headlamps, i'm thinking to install angel eyes.. much more 'cooler' notworthy.gif

Joli, Is it because of your mounting??

Nayte, Waja manual underpower? you sure or not??

Added on December 6, 2009, 1:47 amGuys, today went to meet the person who wants to swap manual tranny with my auto tranny.. when i test drive, feel very damn light the engine.. press the gas pedal hard and the car move so fast like nobody business.. the owner said he cut the flywheel to make it lighter.. so nayte, why don't u give it a try?? brows.gif brows.gif

But then, one thing i'm not satisfied.. It's hard to change gear from 1 to 2.. I have to press the clutch hard then baru boleh masuk gear 2.. the rest is ok.. for your info, he's using lancer CK gearbox..

As I mentioned, Philips Xtreme Power is the brightess and should last the longest aswell when comparing with Osram Night Breaker. But if you're going to get one for your Waja , get the Osram Night Breaker as Philips Xtreme Power doesn't produce for H1 and H3 socket.

Please check your car manual that what kind of socket your headlamp takes. If It's Waja , it'll be H1 and H3(foglamp)
