So the summary would be:
1. Owner want to rent out a room @ RM480/ month 2. TS wish to rent, but must view the room 1st 3. Owner demand for 1 month deposit to secure the room due to his room is hotter than Megan Fox (A.K.A viewing fee) even TS haven't see the room, or in case TS ffk.... Then owner should advertise clearly, he should say "ROOM FOR VIEWING" instead of room for rent.

Since he is the owner and he wants to impose those conditions, that's his right. However, to expect people to book a place without even viewing is ridiculous. Even more ridiculous is not to give a refund after a prospective tenant declines to take the place.
What if he really wants the prospective tenant to reject the room? He can mess it up before the viewing. There is some coercion here. If he doesn't want to rent to TS, he might as well just say so. Why do it in such a way? Imposing such an unreasonable condition only reflects poorly on him. |

RO player attitude is totally unacceptable and he is being snobbish in being the house owner. I think he is new in renting his place or something. Coz housing agent don't ask for deposit if you want to view certain place that you might have interest with.
Just imagine if everyone insist to "Pay per view", how many more scam case would LYN have to put up with? Threatening TS with police report shows just how mature he is. I dare you to go ahead and make that report and let us all see. And do tell us the reaction of the police officer who took your report. Just imagine you want to buy a new car, then the dealer tell you to put a deposit only then you can view the car, if he somehow got your deposit and it is his last day how? |

LOL ... I didn't insist on him booking the place and i DID inform him that I m only available to see the house on 11/12 sept . When he first mention deposit for book I thought he say I can pay on the spot when I see the house on 11/12 sept but later I realize he told me to pay without viewing I was like WTH I need to see b4 paying as I already told him 100 million times I will not be living alone , I will be living with another fren of mine and then HE IS THE ONE getting all emotional I m disappointed , dun ask , and so on thingy . HELLO ! what is it so disappointing ? I did not PROMISE or AGREE to bank it to u !
