He demand me to pay him without seeing the house/room

Yes. I told him . He thought I m just some student who are new and easy to deceive . Sorry , I have some experience and I have met a lots of ppl who does that .

I m really angry with him . He thought being an owner is so great .
We re the people who will be living thr and he doesn't respect me .
