this person renting is getting money by not even renting the place, basically after u pay the 480, he shows you the place then say that he suddently dont like you and earns 480 imagine him doing it 10 times amfg freee moneh

i believe RO dont want to bare the loss if the unit is not rented to other students yet, and TS doesnt want to rent it also.
tough luck RO, my dad got this house for rent too. but sometimes shit happens. |
