RO Player, you really dun know how to rent places out, that is why you're facing all this problems. In business, there is ALWAYS give and take between all parties, and trust as well.
People lari after promise because your attitude, like the one you're displaying here. Students are not stupid you know. If you were a better landlord, you wouldn't have problems finding tenants. When I was studying in both college and uni, the majority of my classmates were renting houses and rooms. There was rarely any problem finding tenants when students finish their course and move out. I'll leave you to guess why. |

QUOTE(RO Player @ Sep 2 2009, 03:36 AM) QUOTE(RO Player @ Sep 2 2009, 03:45 AM) IF THE TS PAID, I HAVE TO BOOK THE PLACE, JUST FOR HER. Oh... Since the 3 parties is asking for the whole place, and 2 rooms is already occupied. Means the other room still nobody want lor. I finally understand liao! BTW, i already have 2 tenants with their individual rooms. |

so, a mutual understanding of both parties toward one another have been displayed well and a final decision by both meets an equilibrium.
and thus, we bid them a happy and colorful life ahead. thank you for the entertainment provided. |

QUOTE(RO Player @ Sep 2 2009, 03:54 AM) Please get it straight. I am selective in getting in tenants. If you dont know, please dont give unncessary comment, like this fatty happy4ever!! But how can you be selective if the only requirement you gave was to give you the deposit, without first running a background check on your tenants? Some obtuse uncle is really senile here. |

QUOTE(RO Player @ Sep 2 2009, 03:58 AM) But how can it be, since you already accepted money first before the person. In other words, you never really screen through your tenants, but LIED about being selective. |

first come first basis is fine
but, why you ask her to pay you first before viewing the room? she can just view it first, and pay u on the spot if she wants to book it. but no way to just pay u first before viewing the room. if she viewed the room and said will pay you later, and keep delaying the payment for like 3 or 4 days, no harm for you to find other tenants as she broke her promise. and since she is not free to view the room and you got other potential tenants, just rent it out and tell her that the room is no longer available. she won't lost anything and you didn't lose anything as well. but asking ppl to pay before viewing is wrong. you think this is cinema? |

QUOTE(RO Player @ Sep 2 2009, 04:07 AM) I KNOW YOUR BRAIN IS PEANUT SIZE...I CANT BLAME YOU. The thing is, though my brain is small, it still has more logic than you, which makes your brain mass even less obvious! I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MONEY. TS AGREE WITH ME, AS A BOOKING FOR THE ROOM. BUT TS DIDNT/MISUNDERSTAND THE WHOLE IDEA. IF TS CANT AGREE WITH AGREEMENT, TS DOESNT NEED TO PAY ANYTHING. WHICH TS DIDNT NOT. MEANS TS DOESNT WANT TO BOOK AND THE ROOM. I DID INFORM TS, 1ST COME BASIS. I CANT WAIT FOR TS. IF POSSIBLE, ASK TS TO FIND OTHERS. AND I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS HAPPY4EVER DONT UNDERSTAND AND KEEP DEFENDING TS. The fact that your agreement is biased is already self defeating. You don't demand payment from just any strangers which you didn't even get to meet in person! Think about the potential risk you could be putting on your existing tenants, should TS turn out to be a serial killer? QUOTE HAPPY4EVER, PLEASE GET A LIFE. IF I KNOW IN PERSON, I GIVE U ONE HELLYA PUNCH IN YOUR FACE. WOW...so now you're resorting to PHYSICAL THREATS? This is so business like |
