There are 3 versions of AFD 80-200 f/2.8 and ONE AFS 80-200 f/2.8

AFD 80-200 f/2.8 MK 1 - Push pull - Do not have tripod collar
"Basic lens operation remains as an one-touch sliding zoom"

AFD 80-200 f/2.8 MK 2 - Also push pull - Do not have tripod collar
"The AF Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8D ED lens still retains a one-touch sliding zoom design "
user posted image

AFD 80-200 f/2.8 MK 3 - Two touch - Have tripod collar
"change from one-touch sliding zoom to dual rings design"

AFS AFS 80-200 f/2.8 Got a nice looking hood unlike the other 80-200s

Yup that is a Razer DeathAdder "Guild Wars" Edition mouse. It's more sleek looking...

If you want an angry looking mouse, you should look at the Razer DeathAdder Command & Conquer 3 Kane's Wrath Edition...wowzers..

f/5.6 is not enough depth of field to capture the moon. I'd recommend using a minimum of f/7.1-f/11. My sharpest had been with f/13 using the 80-200mm af-d two touch.

oh, wah!
extra 2k for VR

anyone using 80-200 f2.8??
*
yeap using MKII myself (push pull)

i would say, worth every single cents spent. Handling ,performance & built quality is top notch. U'll just love f2.8 for lowlight photography.

AF speed, well isn't that slow as i would have thought. Some of my pics Here
