We've already got two so far.. 3 more to match that. People were worried we might struggle to score from them in the summer break.

Added on September 14, 2009, 8:44 pmWell, the fans should be able to take that if they were happy enough to abuse him throughout the game. But saying that, Adebayor shouldn't have done that celebration.. things could really turn ugly.. thousand fans running onto the pitch and kick the shit out of him.. example.

What the hell was he thinking doing something like that to his ex club fans and colleagues. Luckily our player never did something like that.

errr..

Rooney did something like that before to Everton fan right? lol But luckily he's thousand times saner than that pric* Adebayor.
*
Yes Rooney also did it, but by the way Adebayor ran all the way to Arsenal fans and celebrate in front of them,,for me it's too much

IMO that was too little, provoking opponent fans and intentional injured player
should give at least 6 match ban

allegedly what.. we can never prove he intentionally trying to injured another player..

Things could get worse if those hundred of Arsenal fans run into the pitch and punch him, if that really happen, who to blame? Adebayor or the fans? shakehead.gif

I agree that what he did was obviously wrong. But i can understand where its coming from. He wasn't appreciated by the Arsenal fans in UK ( i don't know about the ones here so i choose not to comment on it) and towards the end of his Arsenal days, his future was left uncertain and it was as if he was no longer wanted there. So the running over to the Arsenal fans to 'show off' was foreseeable and understandable, but not very classy.

However, there's no excuse for the stamping on RVP's face. It was a veryyyy dangerous thing to do and couldve caused RVP serious and possibly life threatening injuries.
I wasn't able to watch the match so i dont know how the pace or how emotionally charged the game was but regardless of that, stamping on a player is a serious offence and he should be fined and banned.

I'm being honest here. Don't care about best 11 v 11. 3 points are all that matters. Just ban that guy thumbup.gif

Fans wanted Tevez to stay. It is SAF tat reluctant to fork out tat big sum of money.
He would celebrate like Ade infront of SAF if he scored.
Worst thing is if he sit on the bench during the game while SAF keeps smiling at him.

I dont think tevez will be playing because he's injured. I don't mind him scoring but make sure it's not a winning goal. tongue.gif
Doubt he would celebrate like adebayor because it must have been a lesson for him too watching his own teammate getting into trouble now.

Fans and SAF wanted him to stay but SAF wasn't willing to offer at a higher price. And even tevez himself wanted to leave because he wasn't happy the fact that he had to be on the bench most of the time. Besides that, SAF's desicion not to play tevez in the starting lineup for UCL final must have highly affected his desicion.

Well he was the one whoring himself talking about how AC Milan and the others wanted to buy him and him talking about $$ stuff, guess people got pissed off. A bit like the Heinze case, just doesn't involve their hated rivals and talk about the extra $$ stuff.

It's more than annoying. He just tarnished his reputation by doing that.
