Try set your
MCH to around 1.35v (do not go over yellow)
if still fail, set your vcore to 1.250
oh ya I forgot to tell you the other basic stuff, go into your CPU configuration in BIOS, and
disable all settings such as C1E, Intel Virtualization etc.
Except "Intel HT" & "Enable all cores" Refer to this image;

This image is just a reference how the bios would look like for the cpu settings, u might have other or dont have certain configurations available on your BIOS, nevertheless, it won't be much different

As you can see most of the settings are enabled by default... and you are gonna disable em
also "CPU spectrum" : Disabled/Off
