i just want to ask to Asus mobo users... Im using P7p55d and did some oc.. however, i notice the temp is quite high..what is the maximum temp for mobo? I got 1 cosmos S casing where i believe the airlflow is worst..where the mobo temp is 45-50 for idle..and if full load, will going 80.. using I7 860 @ 3.6ghz.. doh.gif ..may i know what is the max temp for the mobo?

say a 860 5.2g vs a 6.8g 655k? lol... dont forget the WR for 655k is 7.1g! i m more to max freq PI results not just comparing them at the same speed... 655k is not for multithread benchmarks due to the lack of cores...

For single thread, benchmark these I5 is about as monster as what it can get laugh.gif
Kind of similar to E8600 ain't it biggrin.gif

hi, i just want to ask..which prime95 test we usually use?

1.small fft
2.in place large
3.Blend
4.custom

number of torture __

i realise different test, different temp..for which one usually we use when we say full load temp..

Usually I'll use small fft for CPU only stress and then blend for CPU-RAM stress.

Small fft test will stress your cpu temperature hotter than the blend test.
