i also notice this in the first place.. i think maybe it just my earphone.. sennheiser mx55.. since i used alot when i hv my ipod.. then after that, i used seldomly cuz so busy.. so, the cause is the iphone? the same song play thru iphone and ipod touch, the quality seems to be different.. the quality better on ipod,i think..

haha, finally got a friend have same case with me
as nokia mention, different iphone will come with different encoding format based on the different factory.

I also have done some research on other website, some other people say this problem no happen in their iphone. May be we can sell our iphone and buy other new set and try

hahha.. yeah..encoding also true.. but comparing to same encode, format, bit rate and size, the quality on ipod is better than iphone... maybe because ipod, specifically to music

change the iphone? woh.. we must test 1st la.. im afraid that, it still the same er, how bout others? is it unnoticeable?

my problem is..when i want 2 located my position in maps app..
it appear "your location could not be determined"
im now use version 2.2(5G77)
can i update 2 fm 2.2.1???
or do i need update with yellowsnow??

go to settings..current location need to be on..so it can determine ur location...

hey guys...good morning......i'm unable to boot my iphone...my iphone firmware is 2.2.1......and yesterday i reset it back to factory settings....when i wanted to reset, it gave me warning, saying that it will erase all the data, media and so on....and i agreed on it....so i reset it....around 30minutes to 1 hour, it was resetted, then it came up with the boot loader screen logo....and i'm stuck here since 3am this morning......it was like want to boot..then the round shape spinning progression bar came up....then after 4-6 minutes, it will goes off and restart again...and the process when like that since 3am..now is 7am.....its been 4 hours it has been doing this....why is this happening?..is this by default or i'm having some issues on the iphone?....i have no problem with my iphone before this...

hope can hear some feedback from all the sifoos and friends...thank you so much!

how to use gps in iphone 3g??when i read in thread "[GUIDE] Malaysia iPhone User Guide"...on question number "11.Will i be charge using GPS?"
it will say bla3... "There are no subscription fees or setup charges to use GPS."but...when im opne maps on my iphone..i charge my celcom credit..

in summary:

using the GPS to triangulate your position - free of charge

loading the map - charged into your network provider (i.e. celcom in your case)

water damaged iPhones in the states, can now be replaced for USD199. before this, users with this misfortune have to either replace or extend their existing contract.

i can only speculate that this might be extended to other countries soon.
