I'm a firm believer that women doesn't necessary look into what you have, but more towards what you're trying to achieve in your life.
Like it or not, guys are always competitive and it's always in our best interest to improve in every aspect of our life. It's part of our evolutionary instinct even though we're moving on from our hunter gatherer ancestors. I'm 95kg. Just 10kg's short of you but nonetheless i CAN be considered fat. But still i don't find any problems hitting it with women. Looks is not really something women dwell upon but it can be an added advantage for attraction. Then again your personality is the biggest tool. Tell me then how really FAT guys like Fat Joe, Notorious B.I.G or even John Candy are well off with the opposite sex ? It's the confidence and social value they project.
Unless if you think it's BS then you can dwell in your own self-pity. |

Really thank you all so much giving me positive as well as negative comments. All to all the solution is to slim down and that is all. No point for me to keep whining here since is not going anywhere. 1. Get myself a decent pair of jogging shoe 2. Sign up for a gym nearby my house 3. Cut down on Carbo intake 4. Regards, MajorArmstrong Cutting down carbo is really something easy to say but nothing will be harder to cut down carbs....it's one of the hardest thing to achieve in the world.... You succesfully cut down unhealthy carb (i.e: saturated fats and biscuits) for 3 months...man...i will give you a respect.... It proves that you are discipline....you are someone who amde mistakes but force yourself the hardest to correct it. All the best friend...Remember...Body crunches, squat and dead lift is a must! Don't ever think of body crunch for 30-50 times for every lower body work out....DO it 200 times per work out without hurting your lower back! |
