Very very rare occasion guys will hit a 70kg++ lady.... I am not trying to put some flame on fat girls (yea...I am straight....hate me ...coz i dont know any betterr words for a girl who is up to 70kgs.....its hard to achieve and yet fat girls achieved that weight succesfully)

you see, the point...No matter how a guy looks like or how high/low a guy's standard is.... Guys tend to look for a thin girl.... a fit one indeed....I bet it's the 1st requirement for a guy to look at a girl.... Maybe because fat ones are more emotional and have weird smells.... You see....the thing is....

Everyone are given a body to take care of... You can make it look fit/ fat (although u cant really make it longer or taller...maybe to some extends....ot u cant make your bone bigger....only if your father or mother is an european or has big bones) Everyone is given a body of a shape....started from thin, weak, tiny ones.....you are free to design it best fitted to the trends....Since the trends for last 200-300 years preferred an ahtele build ones....then let's go and design one for yourself...

A 70 ++ kgs girl has the rights to do this as well.... It all DEPENDS whether they choose a life of running in the park 3 days a week or sitting infront of their pc holding KFC and McD playing online games....

fail bro....Whether you are working with colleagues or studying in a college....Avoid following a group to eat together dutinf lunch hour...2 meals a day??? I wonder how you are going to grow more by eating that amount....

Listen here.... There is a European noble saying....when he first landed in Asia.... he saw the individuals in Asia is just the same size as the Europeans.... Only after the europeans getting richer and richer.....THey are more conservative to their nutritions and so on....Only by generations to generations....their bones become bigger and and fitter.....

While Asia became poorer, they take any foods available or made available to them....majority of it are poor-nutritious foods.... Their size didn't shrink....But neither do they grow....I am trying to mark the point that....YOU can go against how your parent's gen work on you. You can be the one who set new gens to your children next time....

2 meals a day isn't enough at all for nutritions.... You take at least 6-7 meals a day.... And stop thinking ....yes...even thinking isn't healthy.....about crackers, biscuits, white breads, popiah skin, wedges, cheezy wedges and anything fried (yea....if u r from KL...at least 80% of the foods here are cooked with oil....) try avoid white rice if psosible....u r gonna get yourself into hell but it just worth it....

do this:-

monday, wednesday, friday- slow run in park for 8-12 kilometres
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (choose either upper body part or lower body part work oput set to do) - Some essentials work out included body crunches (dont do sit up its gonna hurt yopur lower back), squats, dead lift...

you can do it for 9 weeks....you can start thinking about thin hot chicks.....

Please be consistent!!! out of 100 individuals go for a work out programme, 50% quit in 2nd week and another 30% quit in 2nd month....another 10% cut down their programme or replace with easier ones....Only 10% leftover suceed their whole programme....please don't stop.

Cutting down carbo is really something easy to say but nothing will be harder to cut down carbs....it's one of the hardest thing to achieve in the world.... You succesfully cut down unhealthy carb (i.e: saturated fats and biscuits) for 3 months...man...i will give you a respect.... It proves that you are discipline....you are someone who amde mistakes but force yourself the hardest to correct it.

All the best friend...Remember...Body crunches, squat and dead lift is a must! Don't ever think of body crunch for 30-50 times for every lower body work out....DO it 200 times per work out without hurting your lower back!
