Hi sifu, I am new to TT, I wonder is that possible to top-up rm5 per month to keep my number from service termination?

And let say now I has rm100 in my credit but my line is inactive ( just can receive call and SMS). Can I use my balance to subscribe Hi25 plan and what happen after I subscribe the plan? Can I make a call out as usual?
Thanks.

TTHVP has "Always Active" features like Momok Kuning. Today topup RM5 will get 5 days Account/SIM validity. Next week buy monthly plan (from remaining balance/credits without reload/topup), the account/SIM Validity extended 30 days too.

So, it is safe to keep reloading without worrying account/SIM in Grace Period. Once buy any of the Plans, the account/SIM Validity extended too and no need to reload at all.

But if just planning to keep the line active without any usage, just buy the 1 year account/SIM Validity for RM35/year.

Thank you sifu, it cleared my doubt.

By batches... just like Axiata XOX...

I don't think so. For my case, in order to active my volte, I need to live chat with their cs and request for activation.

Wtx, just find out Celcom only enabled few models for vowifi, those big brands such as iphone, Samsung... All devices are not supported. Come on Celcom... Wake up...

The given list is in PDF format... so, in United States of Malaysia, any document presented in PDF is always not updated or accurate...
*
Not updated or not accurate is another issue, but seeing the supported devices list really will make people vomit bloods a lot ... trust me.

With VoWiFi, Airplane mode with WiFi on, will you be charge for calling out , whether you are local or overseas ?
*
Generally,
There will be a charge for calling out, and it is under local charges regardless you r local or oversea.
But in actual situation, it is depends on how the Telco implement it.

I chatted with TuneTalk and they say VoWifi is activated when you active VoLTE. Since I have already requested and got VoLTE, my YES Altitude 4 only shows VoLTE and VoWifi does not appear even thought the Wifi Calling is enable. Anyone experience the same with YES Altitude 4 ?

And what I understand from the chat is VoWifi is an alternative if cell reception is weak but you must have service coverage whether you local or overseas so in Flight Mode, it will not work. Call charges no change as in local will follow local charges and roaming will follow roaming charges.

Is that correct ?

Only a few devices are supported for time being. Pls check Celcom website for the devices list.

Would like to get a new number for my girl which is Form 1 for now.
Am wondering can she register her own number with her own IC at the age of 13 ?

Besides that, TuneTalk can choose last 4 digits of number right ?
All TuneTalk outlets have this service or selected ones only ?
Thank you in advance...

I’m new with Telco Talk / Halo Telco. Right now my mifi number has become ‘inactive’ because I haven’t topped up for about one month (was away in overseas).

If I reload RM30, it will give +30 days. That’s easy to understand. But what if I purchase an internet packet a few days after that? Will the validity increase or it still follows the RM30 top up I made earlier?
*
The validity will increase according to the plan you subscribed. I just top up Rm10 to my number and subscribed a 30 days plan, the validity renewed 30 days accordingly.

Just got this message and quickly proceed with my 365 Validity before they upgrade me.
Sad.. so many years with TuneTalk Buddies. Might need to re-evaluate Telcos next year when validity ends.

The new Epik plan is cheap and nice, why need to re-evaluate it ?

What nonsense are you spilling out ?

I am on 4G and PPU for TuneTalk. Calls, SMS and even Data is PPU.

PPU = Pay-Per-Use meaning Credit is deducted based on Calls, SMS and Data usage.

Only mobile@unifi is the only "special" telco I know that even if you have credit, you cannot make Call, SMS and use Data. You must subscribe to a plan to make Calls, SMS and use Data.
*
unifi mobile prepaid also got PPU is im not mistaken.
