Yea.. Live Chat method is accurate.

45 days Grace Period but instead of 05:30, can still receive TAC for Live Chat until 23:59 on the 45 days. App will still work.

But once it hit the 46th day, app will have error on account. Signal will still be there until about noon where signal gone and app account gets deleted.

Just tested this a few days ago.

Hopefully other PRE-paid service providers will include the Grace Period deadline in their Live Chat / Bot menu...

Currently I am on value pack plan. Thinking to move to jimat plan hi-15, so with this move I only have to pay RM 15 per month right? Any hidden charges or thing I have to note before change?

Nowadays why all these plans sound complicated 😂

Still feel buddies plan the best, paid RM 14.15 a month and having 4GB and 30 min call to other operators lol

The new hi-15 has 256 kbps FBI... old was 64 kbps...so, definitely better then the old plans...

My buta huruf aunt have been using HiValue package for a year+, her daughter help her register without telling her much of the details until her credit ran out (she reload RM200 1-shot) and validity expire. Now the daughter is in overseas so can't help her mom and direct the problem to me to solve.

I checked TuneTalk website and there's a plan under TT Jimat which I think it's suitable for her. My question is how to I change from HiValue to Jimat?

Is tunetalk using Celcom’s network as well? If yes the experience should be identification to yoodo that I am using now?

The rm35 35gb unlimited plan seems good if I really use close to 35gb data per month and again have free calls option.

Is this 35gb data hotspot able?

The unlimited plan looks more attractive now for the speed but the FUP is lower than before (100gb). I do not need unlimited data though Becos I dun use that much of data on the go.

All Axiata MVNOs is subjected to network disruptions every now and then. Statistically, once a month ...

All Yoodo minutes quota is usable for special numbers except IDD international...

Icic. That’s good. So far my experience with yoodo is good. Almost zero blind spot I encountered for day to day on the go activities.
