My buta huruf aunt have been using HiValue package for a year+, her daughter help her register without telling her much of the details until her credit ran out (she reload RM200 1-shot) and validity expire. Now the daughter is in overseas so can't help her mom and direct the problem to me to solve.

I checked TuneTalk website and there's a plan under TT Jimat which I think it's suitable for her. My question is how to I change from HiValue to Jimat?
