if using vibe plan on modem, can it use call forward/divert to other sim...same charge like normal call usage?

just got question..is there any different getting vibe200 and vibe50 other than free call?
i mean stability cause on digi speed when download good on prepaid data but with infinite plan speed kinda slow after a few minutes downloading |

im using +vibe200... at home always on wifi.. when working only use tt but seldom streaming but this month suddenly gone 10gb of 20gb(before this never pass 5gb out of 20gb monthly) and yes im using monitoring data on my phone.. yet cant brain where the hell 10gb gone..

just check my tunetalk subscription and i have the vip10 on my list... all ttbp user have vip10 on their list(2gb and unlimited call) or only those who got wrong DOB can see this plan?
