Hi All, my yearly plan under TT Value Pack going to finish 1year next week. So far, the full monthly quota can use via hotspot - no quota.

Am considering switch to TTHi-Value & go for the Hi-25 or Hi-35 plan. Can anyone confirm if the entire 25Gb / 30Gb can hotspot? Or got restriction?

Reason I ask is because i saw got 5Gb Hotspot Booster in TT Hi-Value - which might mean that the base cannot hotspot or restricted hotspot.

PS: Another question is - If I subscribe to Hi-35, can i change / downgrade to Hi-25 later?

The Hi-25 and Hi-35 is auto-renew. So, to switch plan, ensure auto-renew is disabled.

so I've subscribed to the Hi-35 plan. according to the TnC, can get unlimited calls to all networks (On & Off net). But yesterday I tried calling TNB helpline 15454 & was charged 22sen per min LOL

So are calls to these service numbers not considered "calls to all networks"? Just want to confirm whether to make complaint or not

Only Yoodo can make free call (deducting from its 4,000 minutes / month quota) to any special numbers.

All other telcos will charge outgoing calls to all Special Numbers.

curious... are 1-300 & 1-800 considered special numbers?

1300 = Yes. All chargeable.
1800 = 90% are Free.

The hi-15 plan seems to have a 1Mbps speed capped on YouTube and Facebook. Can anyone confirm if this is the true case?

Meow will subscribe to this plan... but not now... LOL... most probably 1st Oct...

But to that Q, of course the speed cap is applicable as per the Hidden Agendas ...

I do not like the complicated fup (got monthly and daily fup as well) on the new plan. However, I like the plan can sub within grace period (I think same like Digi)
