Must have either over spammed and screwed up the payment system during the hours of when the database had issue. Or he just made 3 orders and deliberately finding trouble. Scary stuff.

That I dont know , i'm not a long time lowyat member, i just created an account to answer and recruit interested members in for GW2.

I'm just assuming that maybe because people don't have credit cards, or accounts verified to paypal, or maybe that some people are actually dealing with international sellers, that prefer that specific currency that is best within that region or trading market.

Most of the time theyre just helping out people with no access to a credit/debit card and paypal.

Ah okay.. that makes sense I guess.
